In the mid-1980s, I dreamt of working with the poor and disadvantaged towards freedom from hunger, oppression, and exploitation. With encouragement from my wife and the support of dedicated partners, Unnayan Shahojogy Trust (UST) was founded in June 1986.

  • Kheli Pori model of children’s education (from village to schools & colleges).

  • Gram Unnayan Parishad for women’s empowerment.

  • Tokai Nattayadal for street children.
